    (Another) Invisible Man

I was planning to post this tonight and saw someone else posted theirs earlier. The cool thing is they're both completely different! This is not my best work by far but I had fun doing it and he was basically made with some spare parts I had lying around from other customs I made. I was inspired after watching the original Invisible Man movie with my 5 year old son, which he loved. The head is actually hand wrapped like the AHI Mummy body and I think it gives it the Mad Monster look I was going for. (Maybe they would have called it The Incorrigible Invisible Man) The glasses are actually vintage Barbie glasses that were originally white but painted black and the lenses are tinted green although you can't tell from the photo. I bought one of those weird almost mego sized but not quit George Burns figures at a Flea Market and just had it sitting around and thought the slightly oversized suit would be perfect for his robe. The clear cast hands are actually from the CTVT Skeleton figure and the hat was just something I found in my travels and was going to use for Clark Kent. I also made use of Photbucket's "Old Time Photo" option which really gives it that vintage movie monster look...

The picture that made me think of using the oversized glasses....

Very cool, and where did the actual pic come from? Love the b/w photos.

The only thing I'd change is get a bigger hat, other than that he looks great

The hat actually looks better on the figure in person. Not sure why it looks so small in the pics. Also why doesn't anyone make good Mego sized fedoras?
