Here we have the Joker as portrayed by Jack Nicholson in the 1989 film Batman.

His head is from a Billiken model from 1990 via Meule. Paints and suit by yours truly; Mego Wizard of Oz shoes; Mego Joker jacket with new orange cuffs to match the shirt (thanks to Hawkmike).
