I love the books. I love the TV series on HBO. To celebrate this week's long anticipated release of George R R Martin's "A Dance with Dragons", I thought I'd share my Game of Thrones customs!

Jaime Lannister - The Kingslayer

This custom practically built itself. The Flash Gordon head is a dead ringer for Nikolaj Coster-Waldau... and with some minor modifications, the Ivanhoe armor makes a perfect Lannister sigil.
Tyrion Lannister - The Imp

The first challenge was building the "dwarf body", which required a Frankenstein of parts from a variety of scales. Then I wanted to preserve the elaborate scrollwork on Tyrion's tunic. I sent an email to Paul "Laser Mego" Wasson about doing it as a decal that started, "I doubt this is possible..." but he continues to amaze me!
Petyr Baelish - Littlefinger

Reading the books, I always loved Littlefinger... and Aiden Gillen's portrayal is absolutely brilliant. The head is a modified and repainted CTVT Robin Hood. Yokaijohn gave me some great tips on how to trim the goatee and sideburns without ruining the head. Sewing isn't really my strength, but pretty happy with how this one came together.
