Well, I've had several customs finished for awhile now, but I've just got around to taking some pictures (please excuse my lack of photo skills!).

First up, one of my favorite characters of all time...The Shadow!

Thanks everyone! The hat...there's actually a funny story behind that. I originally ordered a Shadow hat from Steve O Toys (Welcome to Stevo's Toys), which is an absolutely GREAT place to get custom Western and Pulp era gear. Steve was backed up with orders, so mine took about a month to get to me. The day before I received the hat from Steve O, I found this hat at JoAnne Fabrics for $1.00!! And as it turned out, I liked it better in terms of how it fit than the one I had ordered (which was just a tad bit too big). JoAnne Fabrics also had a white hat I plan on using for a Lone Ranger custom. You find stuff at the weirdest places!

Yes, LOVED that one as well! There are several different ways to interpret The Shadow, based on what source material you're using. Mine's kinda an amalagam of various elements from books and comics.

I don't really know the character. I mean I've heard of him. I saw the crappy Baldwin movie (sort of. I fell asleep). But that's about it.

I think your custom is amazing though. He looks very Kick Butt. Very well done!
