Dang!!! I was just patting myself on the back for not being completely lame on my sewing skills for my Viking figure. But my "not lame" skills look pretty lame!!!

              Fantastic work--true craftmanship!!!

That's awesome. Just add some patches to the knees and that was my look from 1978-1982.

My sewing skills are completely lame, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

I can't even begin to imagine the amount of patience you must have had to cut and sew all of those itty bitt pieces.

If you're going to sell them as sets, I'd like to put in an order.

Will they fit the female figures as well?

How about the ZICA body? I'd love to see that outfit on one of those beauties!!!!

BTW, where did you score the pattern from? An ordinary jean jacket pattern enlarged to the right size?

No pattern. I just cut the shapes as necessary and sewed together. Cornelius is sporting the Zica body. I can fit to whatever shape I suppose...I just don't have the bodies to size it to. I just looked at the picture and worked with it.

                              WOW! Color me highly impressed.

So, are they for sale? I'd LOVE a set in pre-washed black denim for one of my guys, or even a couple of my guys.

Did you use regular denim or stretch denim for these?

I used the same jeans fabric I have been using for Hurley. It has a slight stretch but not much. It was the thinnest jeans fabric at the store. I haven't figured out the price yet. It's labor intensive because of all the parts (28 total)! Plus I'm busy with costumes for a daycare production so if you can be patient I will take care of you when the show blows over.
