Jumbo WGSH and Ape cards display

About a year ago, I was contacted by a fellow named Rob who had gotten a number of Mego figures and wanted to make them a display. For that he needed these oversized WGSH cards at a specific size. So I made them.

Later on, he also needed the same size cards for some POTA cards which I also made.

I asked him to show me what he made for all those jumbo cards and this is it:

It looks like all of the figures are 6" tall. Different.

Nice looking display. Why not just keep them regular size and sneak in another row?

Was actually thinking the exact same thing... Though the display itself is super cool, it looks kinda weird because the figures look smaller on the over sized cards.

He made the cards fit the display boxes instead of visa versa. but what a cool wall!

Rob just joined the museum but can't seem to post yet so this is what he said about the whole display:

"The story with the jumbo cards is this:

I had that display shelve built to a specific size for my WWE CLASSIC JAKKS figures collection, which come in a pretty big card.

When I put them in,it just didnt work for me..The WWE figures were in a black box. Just looked to dull.

My wife said,"why don't you display your loose megos?"

But the each display would have been to big, cause they were sized for WWE cards.
That's when I came up with the idea of these jumbo cards..Which I think worked out pretty cool. A bit of a twist..lol"

I got to figure out why Rob can't post yet.
