Very little is known of this costumed adventurer. He is generally believed to be of unsound mind and obsessive. He is an annoyance to both superheroes and villains. He is obsessed with defeating others. Once he selects an opponent, hero or villain, he makes it his life mission to figure out how to defeat them. He watches them, stalks them, studies them and works tirelessly to devise a plan to take them down. He rarely wins, but that does nothing to deter his enthusiasm for fighting this way. His competitiveness is only equalled by his banter. He talks a lot of trash when fighting. He's not liked among any community in Ultra City.

The head is obviously Booster Gold and the body is a new one I've been working on. I modified an existing body into a true 1/9 scale.
