Very nice, magyar1964! I just did something similar and kitbashed a "Al Williamson/Filmation" Flash Gordon with CTVT parts, and it ran me about $18, as well. In fact, I used the exact same sword you have with Zorro. You did a nice job, man--I like it!

I'll just give the recipe real fast, since I don't have a camera.
Black Robin Hood Boots

Red Body Suit for 8 inch Male figure
(cut below waist and tucked into pants)
Black Bodysuit Pants

Red Male Trunks for 8 inch figures
(worn over pants)
Pirate Sword with Black Handle

Wyatt Earp Gun Pouch Brown
(with his left one cut off, so it's a single holster and his leg put through the strap)
Black Police Gun

I just put it on a BBP Flash Gordon and used the black belt he came with, as well. I want to do the leg side stripes and three yellow circles on his upper chest with fabric paint to finish it off.
