Another character out of Tales From Ultra City. This dude is the most feared superhero around by a wide margin. Where Captain Awesome is a goofstick and incompetent, MP is all business, all the time. None of his teammates on the Justice Squad know anything about him and he rarely associates with them until there is a crisis. His methods are military in precision and without mercy. He literally pummels his opponents into submission, unconsciousness or often much worse. He doesn't make appearances much, but heroes and villains alike step to the side when he arrives. His power is completely off the charts.
Military man and congressional hopeful General Ulysses Shaw is convinced he is an alien infiltrator and is the first of a planned invasion. He will stop at nothing to expose him for what he is and to kill him. He has a long-standing grudge against Major Power for unknown reasons and is driven by nothing else. He recently confirmed one of his suspicions about his identity and has found a weakness. But can even one such as he bring himself to execute his final plan?
This figure is using a Boss body, castaway boots and modified GI JOe head. The shoulder epaulettes were a booger to make. I played with the idea of leaving them off, but I think it gives him a distinguished look and helps to define him.
