Remember - I used 4 coats of paint ( Delta Creamcoat White Acrylic ) to cover all the spots. Who would have thought that would be the hardest part The colar was elastic the I dyed with yellow food coloring, 1 drop in a bottel cap of water then brushed on until it look good.

Just noticed the the yellow in fading - I'll have to try something else.
