Toshio Eto - the ethnically diverse hero known as Samurai.

Hi gang. Here's my version of the most badass Japanese hero they could come up with in under 10 seconds. Thanks for looking. The outfit is simple yet actually presented it's own challenges. I think I'll have to stuff his shorts a little so he doesn't look too... ummmmmmm... so he looks better. Thanks for looking.

Here is Mr Eto waiting for Black Vulcan.

Here he is waiting for Apache Chief with a silly green border.

and here is Toshio really angry when he's kept waiting with a red border (To emphasize his fury.)

Here he is with a wacky camera angle with a blue border.

I guess this is why you don't see him too often. What else do you do with him?

      Nice Needle work there Nate.
... He was actually recently in a current issue of JLA ..., it was like 1 panel or something, but it was cool.

Neat-o. The way you have him posed, he looks like he is tapping his foot impatiently waiting for El Dorado to show up.

Sometimes the more "basic" a character is, the more difficult it is to pull off. Your clean work on a good, poseable body really makes this one shine.

That is an excellent question. They didn't give him a sword, or armor, or really even much of an outfit. He's from the old Superfriends cartoon. His lower half becomes a tornado or something. He's crazy on the dance floor.

He looks perfect, just like on the Super-friends.Wish they(the cartoon) had made him more Samurai-like though, since his name was Samurai(they might as well have just had Red Tornado join the Super-friends).
