Head is excellent! I have a Flatt Drac but haven't tampered with it much. Is is difficult to remove the head?

Not at all. I've sold quite a few of these heads to members here who have replaced their Flatt Drac head with it. You basically cut the rubber band that secures the head to the body and then attach the new one however you like. Different people prefer different methods.
