The biggest tip I can give is. After loading the brush with a little paint. Your brush stroke should start on the masking tape and draw towards the fabric area you wish to paint. I tried airbrushing but there is something a bout these fabrics or maybe the small surface area. The paint always seemed to work its way beneath the masking. Hand brushing lite amounts of paint in the above fashion and building up the desired coverage of color always gives me the best result.
Taking this down for future use - Ultraman looks great!

      Ultraman paint

Thanks for the detailed response on the air brush fabric paint, that really helps. Do you have a brand name on the paint, or the location you bought the paint? I bought fabric paint (Scribbles) which is just a brush on application, and that worked pretty well for my Deadpool. Your Ultraman paint looks very smooth and professional, Love it!

Thanks for the responce's. The paint job relies more on the base suit than my skill. Bliets jumpsuit is all that and more. I think the fabric he used helped the paint really POP! The technique used for painting I addapted from T-shirt airbrushing and screen printing processes Ive learned from jobs I used to work at. Also I'm in the prossess of getting the original head into the hands of someone who can mass reproduce them. So wecan all have Ultraman

The paint is Tulip Slick. I didnt thin it just used it straight from the bottle.
