Perfect rendition of Vampirella. I hope to make a MEGO scale version one day.
Too many toys. Not enough space!

As a graphic designer, I'd be interested to hear how you "made" the box. What software are you using, materials, etc…

I used Adobe Photoshop and just laid in layers of stuff to build what I wanted. The main figure is a picture of a Vampira statue.

I did some retouching because it was a small picture to begin with and I also laid in some hair texture from a photo of a model with straight hair.

And the backgrounds were made up from pictures of graveyards, landscape, moon, lightning and sky shots and a frame capture of the Dracula castle from "Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein". I think the pond in back of Vampira came from a piece of artwork I found on the web.

I'd usually desaturate the color from all of this and recolor it so it all meshes better. I also make a lot of use of the filters for Watercolor effect and other painted effects but usually apply them and fade the effect back to less than 25% and do some painting of my own to help it along.

Oh and I found a fair picture of the real Vampira that I superimposed on the front and made it look a bit "ghosty"

Thanks for the info! Always interested to hear how a project is brought to life.
