I have no idea what made me pick him aside from including him in my obscure character series. His status was somewhat raised when he was featured in the Green Arrow animated short, but I had him planned out way before that. I'd liked to have used a different bow that this, but I may make one at some point. I'm not quite Charlie Flatt, so I'll have to experiment...a lot.
