    Kappa No.2 with cucumber

Kappa(かつぱ, "river-child"), alternately called Kawatarō (川太郎, "river-boy") or Kawako (川子, "river-child"), are a type of Water Yokai(Japanese Monsters and Spirits)in Japanese folklore.
Kappa are similar to Scandinavian Näkki, Germanic Neck and Scottish Kelpie in that all have been used to scare children of dangers lurking in waters.
Kappas are typically depicted as roughly humanoid in form, and about the size of a child. Their scaly, reptilian skin ranges in color from green to yellow or blue.Kappas supposedly inhabit the ponds and rivers of Japan and have various features to aid them in this environment, such as webbed hands and feet. They are sometimes said to smell like fish, and they can certainly swim like them. The expression kappa-no-kawa-nagare ("a kappa drowning in a river") conveys the idea that even experts make mistakes. Their most notable feature is an indentation on the top of their head that holds water; this is regarded as the source of their power. This cavity must be full whenever a kappa is away from the water; if it spills, the kappa will be unable to move. Though kappas are dangerous, they are also extremely polite, and a human can best them by bowing deeply to them; the kappa will be obliged to return the bow, thus spilling their water and rendering them immobile.
I sculpted his head from Air-dry clay over a CTVT Mad Clowns(buzz-cut)head(I cut a hole in the head and packed with tin foil glued in withE-6000,then painted with aqua paint and then covered with E-6000 to give the hole the appearance of being filled with water). For his body I used CTVT Teen body which I dyed green with rit fabric dye.I sculpted the hands, feet, and shell from air-dry clay.I sculpted his cucumber accessory from air dry clay as well.I painted all sculpted parts with acrylics(and added highlights to the entire body too) and sealed with ModPodge.I made his grass skirt from twine rope.

John, I wish you'd be a little more creative in your figures.

That little dude is cool. I know you are the first at a great many customs on this board, but you have to be the only person in existence to make a cucumber accessory for any figure in any scale.

I like the scrotum head dude too. Fun stuff.

I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

The hands, the feet, the sculpt, the shell... they all look fantastic.
But a cucumber? Only you could come up with that What is it for actually?

And Thomas, the cucumber is actually one of the Kappas' favorite foods(next to small humans).
