Terra Man arch-enemy of Superman

Here is Terra Man arch-enemy of Superman.

I first saw him decades ago in DC Limited Collectors' Edition Secret Origins Super-Villains and thought about making him after speaking to Huedell a while back when he told me Superman had an underated Rogues Gallery.

Mostly a kit-bask of sorts: head, shirt, cape, belt and guns from CTVT; original Mego Action Jackson cowboy vest, hat, pants and boots; winged horse a combination of a Breyer horse and wings off of a Redeemer figure from Spawn.
