This is the head I sculpted with alterations by a friend

I painted, made, and sewed everything. Also made the padded cell room. That took more work than the custom itself.

Thomas - I used match sticks, cut the tips off, glued them 2 deep into a square frame - stretched the material around the frame - and then glued it to a board with poly-fill inside. I really like how it turned out.

Thanks for the comments everyone. The slippers were not my idea - Mr. Flatt made this figure many moons ago and did bunny slippers, which I really, really liked. When I began to make this, I knew I had to add that little detail....it truly IS so Joker-ish.

Magnificent Sir! Great figure, diorama, and those bunny slippers are amazing!! Knowing Mr. J, the googly eyes are plastique and hes just waiting until the time is right to literally blow that pop stand!!
