Again to all I say Thank You Very Much for the very inspiring comments and very warm welcome.
For a brief history; I got my first Mego of a Superman figure from my Uncle during 1980 who is already collecting Megos at that time.I was into Star Wars figures at that time because from the day i have watched the 1st movie and got stucked to it.So every time we talked about Megos,one of the topic is always he would tell me about why Mego Corp was not able to get the licensed to produce the Star Wars figure during the time where Mego is the number one toy.He said that "The license was lost, not due to Mego not realizing the Star Wars franchise potential, but because the people who could sign the license were out of town. The Star Wars people then visited another company located in the same building (200 5th Ave. NY, NY). This company was Kenner." and also told me that Mego for the record did not reject the offer as most articles would say they had rejected the offer.
Now that i got access to Mego parts from relatives,friends and you can buy online that i decided to do a Star Wars inspired figure just to see and feel "what if" got the license to do the Star Wars figure and what would it look like.
This is the reason why I did my 1st CustoMego a character from Star Wars and dedicate this to my Uncle Joe.
Also why i choose to do this is not because I like BADDIES,but whether in the movie,comics,games etc the Bad Guys always have the coolest outfit and weapons I guess.
Again thank you to all the people of the Mego Community and I love the Customs you all did yourselves also."LONG LIVE MEGO!!!!!
