Man, looks like it came off a store shelf - both the figure and the packaging are THAT GOOD.

Although the box was inspired by AJ, the head used is not an AJ one. Martin got the head some time ago from an Ebay seller (he also is in the process of getting a Robin head). The Bat equipment will be a Batterang and a Bat communicator. It's true Martin hadn't had this one autographed yet, but he has Adam West's autograph on the earlier WGSH style TV Batman box:
