Obscure Batman Villain: Elektro

I have been running a "Guess the Obscure Villain Custom" contest on my site and this edition is Elektro form the "New Adventures of Batman and Robin" cartoon from the late 1970s. Strange he would have the same name as the legendary Spider-Man villain.

The head is actually a modified JSA Starman.

That HAD to've been one of my favorite episodes...something about the whole
"shrinking" thing.... probably due to that DR. SHRINKER was one of my earliest favorite shows.
