This is General Gorodon from Marvel Magazine POTA issues 9 and 10. He's part of my Kingdom on the Planet of the Apes line. Not carded yet. I've enclosed a Page from the comic for reference.

Cool figure... Between your General Gorodon and some of the figures Wyldpony came up with, I'd say obscure characters may be the way to go... I mean everyone can come up with yet another version of the main APES (or TREK) characters, but these odd ones are usually more creative, and if not overly creative to some, they do expand their respective lines more than the umpteenth version of say Urko or Kirk...
