Actually, he was mainly a Green Lantern foe...not sure if he ever fought WW in the golden Age, or in the newer stories?

I never knew an all white character would be so hard to get a good clear picture of? flash off and in the shade and he still whites out!!?? Camera wont focus on him properly either?

The gun is from a Mega Bloks HALO figure Thomas.
As for the character, Icy here was the forerunner of Captain Cold, Mr. Freeze, Iceman etc.. I'm working on a pic of him fighting Freeze and Cold....I figure he got po'ed with these guys robbing his MO, and probably rippin' off his technology too."Crayons taste like purple!"Comment

Icicle came out in or around 1947. Mr. Zero was first seen in 58' or 59' as I recall, and believe it or not, Captain Cold showed up in Flash about 1957. It's kinda funny when you think that if todays continuity rules applied to writers back then, Cold and Zero probably would have never been, with Icicle getting their stories."Crayons taste like purple!"Comment
