    The Leader

Well, I finally finished my version of the Leader. I decided to go with the modern look with the weird looking brocoli brain head.
It took me a day or two to get the sculpt of his head to look right. I had to use many references from various books.
I combined two types of material. Orange body suit I created combined with a pleather looking black to create the illusion of armor. Even did the boots with the same material.

This is the Hulk we use. It is a made over figure from the movie.

    Against Ironman

    New Addition:
My daughter was having fun with her "playset" she set up today and she asked me to do all the photography. So, I let her. She has been getting into setting up and playing dolls.
Along with this Leader of mine she took pictures of, she also did a story where a Skrull was hiding in the Xavier Mansion and SHIELD agents came there to find out where the alien was hiding.
Along with some other bad "mutants" who helped out to find the Skrull...

Here is the link to her pictures to that adventure. I am proud of her Xavier Mansion she created by repainting and setting up a Barbie townhouse. She is adding two more stories next month from a Barbie Hotel she got from a junk store. This child is creative and has taken my customs to a new level.

          That is amazing! Looks great!
Capt. Kirk: "Is there anyone on this ship, who even remotely, looks like Satan?"
Mr. Spock: "I am not aware of anyone who fits that description, Captain"
Capt. Kirk: "No, Mr. Spock, I didn't think you would be"

Thank you. I was wondering what you were going to think. You and I were working on the same custom at the same time and I was hoping you didn't think I was trying to get one on you. Great minds think alike.
I love your original look you took on the Leader. Very nice.

I wanted to show you this in case you missed it...

Very nice work. I like the details in the costume and attention to scale.

Interesting indeed! Did you sculpt him from scratch or use another head as a base?

This was from scratch. I spent a whole day trying to get the head, nose and jawline to fit perfect along with the homemade neck plug that Paul Clarke (Dr. Mego) gave me advice awhile back to make for these things out of sculpty. Never thought it could be possible but now that I seem to be getting down my own sculpts, the possibilities are endless.

Once I get good enough where my work looks pretty good. I will cast them and put them up for use for people looking for a certain character head. Don't worry, I am the type that would just give someone a head if they liked my sculpt. I am not in this business for money. I am into it for happiness and to meet nice people in the process. That's why I originally came here.

I've been at it for awhile. I started sculpting in the 7th grade and I had a nitch for it but I just didn't know for what for.
Then about four years ago I started attempting my own heads. My early sculpts were pretty damn horrible. I have a picture of a really, really bad Silver Surfer head I originally did and people were trying to tell me nicely that it was bad (I figured it out )

This is my latest attempt. I think I have done about 9 official heads in my customs. The recent ones seem to be working....
