    Dr. Curtis Connors

His pants are purple not blue. I don't know why my camera won't get the color right. I tried with and without flash.

    and with his collar down

It might be the amount of red in the mix.

The pants in the drawing are more of a reddish-violet color, almost a plum like shade.

The pants on the figure might have more blue in the mix, which would make it a deep royal shade of purple.

Nice figure by the way. I like it.

How do you keep the one arm in place?

I'm not sure what you mean. The jacket arm or his arm? And which arm?

Great idea for a custom. I don't believe I've seen this one before. Nice work.

The left arm. How do you keep it in place?

He is a type 1 figure and that's how he is strung. Elastic cord tied mid-chest. He only has thirteen points of articulation, but they all still work just like before he lost his arm in the war. So he only lost three points of articulation.

Nice job. I toyed with the idea of making a Dr. Conners but never really went through it. Nice to see someone did one.

I made Dr. Connors like five years ago or so. I had bigger plans for him...

I only know this character from the 60s cartoon series, so you'll forgive me, but....

                      What happened to his arm?

In the comic he lost it in "the war". So he studied the lizard healing power to regenerate limbs, which they don't really have. Anyway, he invented a serum to regrow his missing limb and it went too far and turned him into a human lizard.
