I don't know if any of you guys make your own characters, but I thought I'd do something different. Customizing has given me an opportunity to make real a character I've had in my head since my teens. I was a big fan of the Inhumanoids cartoon in my teens, and all underground civilizations Like Skartaris and Pellucidar. I didn't have any of the toys(too big, that's why I had to get rid of my Shogun Warriors). I did the next best thing, I made up a similar character in my head. I imagined him to be skull headed, with orange skin. He had class 100 strength and the intellectual level of the Hulk. All he knew is he was an " outcast from below". Not really a bad guy, more like a bull in a China shop. When you're a creature with a skull head and pop out of the ground, people don't want to give you a hug. He would get a little tired of getting shot with bullets and missiles all the time. I imagined his misadventures on the crossover world where the DC and Marvel characters co existed. Superman or Thor would have to stop him from accidentally triggering the San Andreas fault. He would team with Hulk to fight the JLA and Avengers. He would encounter Mole Man and the Subterraneans, or wander into Skartaris. The scenarios were endless. Maybe he was a shorter cousin of the Inhumanoids, who knows. Made with a repro Thing body, with one of the bendy skeleton skulls painted orange. I gave the body a dark wash to try to bring out the muscle lines, plus traveling underground, you get a little dirty. Threw on black trunks for modesty. It's pretty much how I imagined him. Has anyone else made their own characters. I'm sure we'd all like to see them. Ladies and gentlemen,( who am I kidding, mostly gentlemen),the sensational character find of 2026, the Odious Outcast.
