So, I have been playing with a Super Collector redesign for a couple of years (maybe?) for no real reason. I guess I wanted to see if I could make him look a bit sleeker.
After designing what I wanted him to look like, actually making it a reality was not so easy. The parts were easy; the biggest problem was my stubbornness in using a Type-S body. If I used a vintage Mego, or more similar body, I may have achieved the results I wanted at the neck line. But after fooling around long enough, I finally settled on a look that I liked, decided the black at the neck wasn't so bad (or easily remedied by the likes of me) and that it was close to what I envisioned.
Here is my re-imagining of The Mego Museum Super Collector:

All parts are from CTVT, except the original Plaid Stallions head and of course, the Mego Museum. The Boots might be original from the SC figure too.
