The Clock King Strikes!
So this isn't exactly the Clock King. I like the idea of the clock-for-face, but the Batman: Brave and the Bold version was a little lame (even for that show) and the comics version is so lame that I don't want to even discuss it. I had this King Arthur suit I bought from Mego Store (for no good reason) so I gave him a green suit to contrast and got him a crown.
The hardest part was keeping the crown on at that jaunty, devil-may-care tilt. I cut a bunch of craft foam disks the same size as the inside of the crown, layered them to sort of make a "post" and the crown slid right on. I din't even glue it. Oh, and I drilled my finger but good making the head out of big dowel. Ah, well.
