11:50pm I made it with a few minutes extra!
With all the talk about the 2nd wave of Mattel"s WGSH possibly having a Flash and maybe even a Capt Cold I figured soon there wouldn't be a need for a custom like this so I had to make it now
Everything here was made by me except for the orig. mego body and the altered ctvt boots. The head is a new sculpt from scratch. I'll post more pics soon but I gotta hit the hey, it just seemed fitting to get him posted Dec. !st. with forecast for the first snow late tomorrow.

Nice work. He's right on, down to the last detail. I like the icey cut out on the shirt. I know that isn't easy to get right.
