Probably everybody's favorite toy line(after Mego). I Had Steve, Maskatron and Bigfoot. Still have Bigfoot in good condition. Wanted to recreate some of them as Megos. To start, Steve is on a NuMego Trek body with a head from Headzo, painted by me. I darkened the left eye, to look like the Kenner bionic eye. I repainted the boots to look like the track shoes. The tracksuit was made by me, with the logo printed out. I printed original pics of the bionic modules on heavy paper, and put them on the arms and legs. You can kind of see the module outlines under the pants. Jamie is a CTVT blonde figure in a blue bodysuit. Cut out the collar. Printed out the logo. Tried to make it look as much like the original's jumpsuit as possible. Did the same with the bionic modules on the arms and legs. Made a handbag, since the original had a "mission purse". I think the blonde figure looks alot like the original doll. I never had an original, a girl's toy. I had to fudge Maskatron a little. In the episode Day of the Robot, the robot he's based on is wearing a hoodie in the beginning. To make the head, I glued material around an old head, then printed and glued a picture of an original faceplate on. Looks like it's wearing a hoodie with the jacket I made. As I said, I took liberties. Put it on a classic Trek body. Painted it with metallic silver paint. Printed the chest modules on photo paper, and glued them on. Kept the pants. It's Maskatron without the pincer, suction cup, or...masks.
