I wasn't familiar withFlattworld, but did a Google search, and it took me to an old Museum post with a picture. You made a comment, so you have wanted this for a while. I did a Zorro, but in my defense, it was based on the Palitoy which wasn't nearly as complex. Still, I feel so inadequate. I am not worthy.

Thanks. I was fortunate to get resin copies of the head and hat, and the box mock up was a nice bonus. I’m a little rusty with the paints and the threadwork, but I’m happy with the results.

In a way I guess I kinda did - at least certain parts. All the pictures I could find of the prototypes were small and somewhat grainy. I did my best to match what I saw.
