Hi. Please allow me to introduce myself, as a certain notorious entity once said. I call myself Budgetmego and I'm a new member here. This is my first attempt at my own post. I just got my full membership privileges a week ago, and I didn't know my way around the site. This is also my first foray into social media. I posted some customs around on old threads, because I didn't know how else to do it, and they let me. Thanks to Sprytl for helping me out. He's my Yoda(or Darth Sidious, depending on your worldview). As the name suggests, I try to customize the most economical way. I use alot of Trek bodies, because they come with boots ready made. I like to make characters with dark clothing, robes capes and hoods because they're easiesr to make clothing for, and black clothing hides a multitude of sins. I've discovered a budgeteers best friends are a good 2d printer, E600 glue, 3M mounting tape, and photo paper. It helps with logos and other things on the clothes. Like Mego, I try to use what I've got. I'm going to repost some of my pictures here. For some details, I'm sure you can trace my digital footprint to the old posts. I was all over like dog dooky. For some, I did have to buy 3d heads on ebay. Some you can't do yourself. The pics are of Dr Doom, Luke Skywalker, Darth Maul, Dooku, and Plagueis. Wonder Man Ms Marvel Jason Voorhees(pt3) Micheal Myers Madman Marz Alan Scott and SPY Smasher. Phew. Comments are welcome.
