James Rhodes Iron Man

One of the first Iron Man comics I got was from when James Rhodes was Iron Man. Since Repro Iron Man parts are available, I got the boots and costume for him. I painted the head, Dremel-ed off the neck of an Iron Man 3D printed head I bought and painted it. No, the helmet does not go on his head:(
Since I wanted him to hold his helmet, I designed and 3D printed the gauntlets. Also for giggles, I designed a new belt so it could be 3D printed in TPU. It fits better than the OG Mego belt.

Fantastic. One of the first Iron Man storyline I read back in the day was when Rhodey became Iron Man. Was a sequel to "Demon in a bottle". Obadiah Stane was the villain. Stark was incapacitated by alcoholism. Rhodey was IM for a while. He was the IM in the first Secret Wars. Your custom captures him perfectly. Oh, I think Denny O'Neal wrote the storyline.
