Madison Imports the Shadow action figure

I've long been interested in the '70s line of rack toys based on the Shadow by Madison Imports, mainly because most of it came from AHI tooling via their factory SOMA.
The one thing they never did was an action figure, so I wanted to capture what I thought it would have looked like. Recently, I found this oddball AHI KO that looked like Basil Rathbone (my friend Matt says it was initially wearing a safari outfit) and there he was, the perfect Lamont Cranston.

The rest are parts I had kicking around, although the slightly small Aussie Marine hat is totally intentional and adds to the oeuvre of cheapness.
