An obscure Teen titans foe who got a couple appearances on the cartoon, the Mad Mod. Far as I can tell, he only made two villainous appearances in the comics and then reformed. Hard to get more 60's than this guy, though. Moddy is made from a re-sculpted Bo Duke head and a Trek body with repainted boots.

I never heard of this guy before, but he is so incredible! Did you draw on all the lines and color in all the boxes on that suit? -
Yeah, had to do that by hand. Laundry pen for the lines, acrylic paint for the white squares. But Moddy's worth it. He's just a fun character, in the comics and in the Titans cartoon (where I first learned he actually existed).Comment
