Going deep in the 30th Century again, Reflecto, who, in reality, was both Superboy and Ultra Boy (weird story, but worth reading). As I recall, an "adult Legion" story from the Silver Age had shown him as a fallen Legionnaire who readers didn't recognize, and this was supposedly the story behind that memorial statue.. Made from a Mego Legolas head with resculpted hair and Legolas arms.

Also, one of the Legion of Super-Heroes more well known big bads, the Time Trapper. Based on his appearance in Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Problem with any of the games? specifically, he's made from a Figures Toy Company/Classic TV Toys Super friends Lex Luthor head covered in black material and a Trek body. The symbol on his belt is actually copied right out of the comic, just cleaned up a bit in Photoshop. -
