My Custom / Kitbashed Mego Planet of the Apes

After a 15 years absence, I got back into customizing / kitbashing three months ago. I forgot how much fun and enjoyable it can be.

    I like them...

Question: Did you make the backpacks on your "Beneath" Soldiers, or did you buy those somewhere?

Also, your Urko and Aldo are pretty slick too-I was thinking of doing what you did as far as their gauntlets; I see they look pretty good that way, so all the more incentive for me to try that sometime.

I bought the Soldier backpacks, rifle, sub-machine gun, Urko's pistol & pistol belt, Julius' club, and The Hunt Leader's snare on eBay.

Nice group! The "unmasked" Roddy McDowell as Cornelius made me smile! Both because it's clever and because I always wondered what that sculpt looked like without the Bookworm hat and glasses. So, thanks twice for sharing!

I was hoping FTC would have made a Puzzler. Then we could have had a Maurice Evans too.

This is great. I can't add more to what has already been said above. Great job.
