Ming: Flash Gordon series

This is the second of three that I've completed so far for my take on the Flash Gordon series. Ming is a combination of the Mego figure, Alex Raymond's comic Ming and the 1970s Filmation version. I decided to make this figure green to look more like the Mego and Filmation Ming.

I got the Mego resin cast head from Paul Evans and sculpted on a helmet and the creature on top of it. I then recasted and painted it. Most of the other parts are from Dr. Mego and CTVT.

I'm still planning to make a Vultan (winged guy) and a Thun (Lion man)
