    Sabretooth (Victor Creed)

Sabretooth (Victor Creed) popped up awhile ago wearing his classic costume. Artist error? Dunno. Hopefully that means he is going back to this look. I can't stand that look they gave him in the 90's with the skull cap and the hair sprouting out the top. Hence...X-Men cartoon.

So, this is the costume I hope Sabretooth (Victor Creed) remains in.

I have been wanting to do Sabretooth (Victor Creed) for along time. I finally got the chance. I don't claim to be a Picasso of the custom mego world. Once again, these figures are aimed at a eleven year old girl who can't get enough customs. Every week, she plots and plans for the next bad guy or super hero for the collection

    Ok....the recipe.
The head hair sculpt is mine. The body suit is mine.
The muscle body is my new "beef up" body that I have been doing (I posted a Batman and Captain America awhile ago.)
Some heroes and villians are good on the 8" body but just need that extra "beef up".

Sabretooth (Victor Creed) gets that extra "beef up" I am thinking later adding some monster wolf hands on him later but right now this is what Sabretooth gets.

All the parts you see on Sabretooth came from the Classic Tv Toys spare part site. You can make anything from their parts. There cheap, fast shipping and most of all great people. They don't dick around. You order something from them and two or three days later it is at your door step. This is why I drop hundreds of dollars on them. I don't care of they are cheap parts. I can fix and repair whatever issues (if any) that people complain about.

This is the outcome of my Sabretooth (Victor Creed) after a couple of weeks adjusting and reworking little things here and there. I hope you like him. My daughter literally jumped ten feet in the air when I finally gave her the Sabretooth (Victor Creed) she has been asking for.

Here he is ladies and gentlemen....Sabretooth (Victor Creed)!

People on here have been *****ing to me that I don't show the whole 360. Here you have his back....

    Color me impressed!

That is a really nice custom of Sabretooth, and I'm not really a fan of his.

I'd love to see you take a shot at Longshot (pardon the pun).

Good work. I think I prefer that Sabretooth to the more "modern" one. When I first saw him in the "morlock massacre" storyline he looked like that. The other one almost seems like a different character to me. Way to bring a stone-cold psycho to life.

My goal is to do all the X-Men (in some form). Longshot and Dazzler are on the list a little bit down there. That always ****ed me off growing up. Because mutants/X-Men were not important enough to have Megos made after them. I can see why, they probably didn't want to tackle a whole line of X-men. Plus, the X-men were just a blip on the radar back when Megos came out. They were a comic book that was semi-selling and it probably wasn't interesting enough for the creators of Mego to make a few dolls of them without having to tackle the whole team.
I guess that is why I went X-Men nuts.

Costume looks nice, he could really use a meaner looking face.

I don't think Xmen really got popular till the 80's and by then it was too late for Mego. A few of them made it to Secret Wars though. I have Wolverine from that line and I think they made Iceman and Cyclops?

I love this custom. This version of Sabretooth was always my favorite. I didn't like the Jim Lee makeover.

Have you made Gambit yet? He's one of my favorites.

Yes and No. I have a Gambit in our collection but he was made by a friend of mine named Mark Keach.

Yes. I was thinking that but it was the only head I had at the moment.
I currently came across a movie version of Wolverine. I snarling Hugh Jackman head. It looks pretty cool and with some sculpty and touch up, I might transplant it to the Sabretooth head.
