One teeeensy little question: Wasn't Beast Boy a member of the Titans at that point?

I never really collected the first issues of TT in the 70's, I was more into the era where Jericho and Raven were members of the team.

Techinically, no.....when Mego issued the Titans figures Beast Boy was part of the short-lived Titans West group during the Titans revival series, which was also short-lived. The core members though were always Robin, Wonder Girl, Speedy, Aqualad and Kid Flash....everyone else was an add-on.

If there was a 2nd wave of figures though, Beast Boy would have been a member....

Yes, I was an excited Titan's fan in the 70s when they came back, but even I couldn't maintain interest there after the first couple of issues..

Artwork was terrible, stories were worse.
