Peter Cannon: Thunderbolt!!

I've been clearing out my old customs and redoing a lot of them, finally got to one of my favorite Silver Age characters and my MM screen name. He's originally a Hasbro Green Arrow under the pleather mask. I did away with the short pants like DC did in the 90's. I also reversed the gloves for more red and blue contrast. I tried for a old weight training belt look for his belt.
