    Funny thing.... he kinda looks like HBO's Dexter:



    That wasn't planned.... it just kinda happened. (Not entirely inappropriate however.)

              I've seen a lot of pics from the era (20's/30's) where the guys are wearing their pants rolled up like that. Mostly working class types.... so I figure it must be to protect the cuffs from mud and such; or they're wearing castoffs that are too big for them. (Baggy pants seem to have been fashionable with some too.... "Oxford Bags" were popular with the college crowd, and they look like Hammerpants.) Tim's supposed to be a working class/just above destitute type so I appropriated the look.

                Great Custom!He could use a pair of socks,though(since he's sporting the 20's/30's style).And I think he looks alot like Dexter too.Great Job!
