If yours has actual rooted hair, you are doing great.

Here we have a bit of a quandry.
If you use a rerooted dinahmite head instead you would have a better head for scale, but the face is not right.
personally I never would have opened the thing had my basement not flooded. Then A LOT of carded toys ended up getting opened.
The bracelets I made are from the original Elvira figure. I hand drilled them. I do that a lot.
Hollowing out and resculpting solid PVC so it is thin enough to turn inside out.

I do that to making unique armor and accessories out of solid pvc figures.
I started doing that when it took months to get an outfit sewn.
Sometimes it works really well. The longer you work it, the SOFTER it gets, so with hand held, thin material, you always cut it seriously close to running the drillbit slightly through the material, if not your own fingers.
Neither of those outcomes is recommended.
Plus the amount of scrap plastic left on the floor is enough to make any wife freak out.

          From your "prototype" thread.

That aside, It's never cool when people try to pass off customs as prototypes. If it's a nice custom it will stand on it's own and you don't have to trick people into checking it out.

Onto the custom its self, you did a nice root job on the hair.

Oh, come on man, let's be honest here. You never stated in the first thread it was a custom you did and you wanted opinions on it. All through the thread you made it out like that you found a figure that you thought was a prototype and you wanted help from people to figure out what it was. You know you did.

You messed up. It happens. Just admit it and be done with it. We're a mellow forgiving lot here. Just be honest about it and no harm no foul. Just don't do it again.
