    Kneel before Zod...

Well, the daughter finally got to see the Christopher Reeve Superman movies for the first time in her life. Guess who she is obsessed with now?

(The other two are on the back burner until I find some ideas)

Zod was made by me. Head was repainted from some ***-clown head off the CTVT's site. Body suit sewn together and touched up with sparkly black paint that seemed to do the trick...

    "Son of Jor-el...come forth..."

    "Take my hand..."

"There you go. Now kneel before me!"

    CRACK! "aaaaaahhhh!"

    Thud!

Thank you. I didn't expect to get a lot a kudos for this one. I threw it together from parts I had left over in my custom box after my daughter saw Superman II and really wanted to have General Zod and his two Kryptonian bad guys.

I remember being a kid and really wanting to have these three guys in MEGO Form after the movie came out and I think I threw some bodies and parts together really quick that didn't look anything like them but I used them for the day to play and act out Superman II that I just loved back then. Having my daughter see this movie brought back memories and her wanting me to make General Zod made me proud I guess.

I am probably going to do the other two in this fashion pretty soon with the same material and the shiny fabric paint.

In the near future, I might do a General Zod based on his modern comic look but there is something cool about Terrance Stamps' portrayal of this character that my daughter loved even though she wasn't born when this movie came out.
