Batman 2.0

Remember I showed a revamped box design for Batman. This is the figure it was for. Made by my English friend Marty Gainsford. I think it's a nice revamp that still succeeds in looking like it came from Mego in the 1970's. The photos have a funny way with the colors on some printed things, so I need to remind people that the background color on this Batman box is dark purple, just like the digital mock up.

Cool, really like the face paints and new emblem. Really captures the Infantino New Look Batman.

Agreed. I have similar Classic Plastick gloves for my Capt. America, and it just kicks the figure up a notch. I'm thinking of getting more of those gloves for my Aquaman and Robin figures, as well as a Batamn custom I'm working on (black cowl, boots, cape).

That is a great looking Batman, and the box is a big improvement over the pink mego box as well.

A truly vintage, almost Carmine Infantino-style, approach to this Batman. I love the paints on the head and the gloves are a cool update. The box is a nice reimaging to the Mego classic. Well done!
