I can sympathize with the hassle of putting the costume together. I started a Metamorpho on a 9 inch Sandman body and didn't realize until the very end that I'd have to totally change the pattern for the big, clunky arm.

Thanks! This suit was my second attempt. My first suit came out too tight on a male body and the seams were starting to bust. So I used a bigger pattern and made sure the material would stretch where I needed it to. When I first joined this forum and was asking advice on suit making, someone said "you just gotta do it and you're bound to break a few eggs (make mistakes). So a few years later I'm still breaking eggs but it's the mistakes that help me learn how to improve. And the great feedback I get on these boards, good and bad. So thanks!
