That's so awesome to see. He (and you) did a fantastic job together! You both should be proud. Thanks very much for sharing.
Now that he has a taste for it, I hope that your son will want more! It's like a drug, but a drug that's acceptable... well, my ex-wife would disagree with that, but what does she know?!
My son thinks I'm crazy and a dork or whatever for being into this stuff too. I always wished I could have gotten him interested, but no luck. I also wish I had had a cool dad like you. Your son's a very lucky little man. You guys are a great team. Keep up the great work you guys!

Reason: added word
"Steel-like jaws clacked away, each bite slashing flesh from my body - I used my knife and my hands, and when they were gone, my bloody stumps - and yet the turtles came."
It's so great to spend time with your kids, and it's down right freaky fun when they take an interest in something you do. And when it's as "geeky" as making dolls and they still want to do it with you, you know you are lucky. Then to top it all off the custom came out sweet!
ok, I have to add one more. He put this together yesterday. These were the cast off pieces from my Megomeet Dr. Doom and he added a "practice" cape from last year's sherrif. Not a lot to it but he's on a roll.
thanks for all the great replies . . . he's enjoyed reading them!
