THE TOYMAN. I had no idea how to make this guy. For me the crown was the most difficult feature to approach. But I got an idea how I could make batman into the toyman. So I choped off the ears to a batman head and left the crown blue as I painted the black mask on. Then I used felt as an attachment to finish the crown. I used a black elastic band to attach the crown so it is removable like mego might have done.

The suit took a little longer to make than a one colored body suit. But turned out fun. I used a type 1 body to make him a little more gaunt.

Thanks for liking, I almost didn't do this character cause I couldn't think how to do the head piece and the suit was a trickier design.
But then I get these ah-ha moments and figure out how I can do it. I took a long break from doing this hobby and came back to mego making with some new ideas and fresh perspective. This time I'm not going to make every character under the sun, but try to take my time to make a few good megos I can be proud of. Something I thankfully learned from Ant.

You know. I have never been crazy about the Toyman in comicbooks and I always thought the Superfriends version was the best one. Sadly, this look never really stuck around in comicbooks. I like what you did and when I get around to doing a Toyman, this is the look I will be going for. Nice.

That's really nice. The crown looks great. However, his pants are so tight I can tell what religion he is.
