    Custom Steve Ditko Spiderman

    First need to apologize for my crapy camera (Dam I need a new camera ) and photo taking. So here he is ...













    I know there are alot of photos ,but I just wanted to make up for the bad ones. Hope you all don't mind

              What a cool idea and you executed it well. Awesome!

              That head is absolutely recognizable as Ditko-style. I could easily have recognized it as such without the thread title.

                      Nicly done. AI also dig the underarm webs. Nice paintwork, too.

                          Nothing against the custom (which is very much Mr. Ditko-style and executed very well), but I can't take my focus off the ASM #14! That is just a beautiful comic in every way - great cover, great story, great penciling, great characters...one of my favorites.

                                  I like the squinty eyes. Ditko had so much style. I really like his Dr Strange illustrations also.
                                  I laughed at the mention of webpits, that's funny, I don't care who you are.

                                          I sculpted the head from a captian america head. First I casted the head of resin and then I used a two part apoxie sculpt.
