The first installment of my Crime Syndicate of Amerika project is Batman's evil Earth 3 counterpart Owl-Man. He was originally a Hasbro Wolverine under all the pleather. I went with a combo of the Frank Quitely design from the JLA Earth 2 along with the original's owl looking helmet. I got the chest emblem from the Brave and the Bold cartoon.

Not really knowing my characters real well I first thought that this was going to be a joke post. The custom figure you did (Owl Man) looks really neat even though I am still not familiar with him.
